1. Who we are

This website, www.trmfy.co.uk, is operated by M&J Repairs Ltd trading as Thermify ("we", "us"). M&J Repairs Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 13584919, with its registered office at 25 Park Street, Macclesfield, England, SK11 6SS. 2. These terms

These terms apply to every order you place with us through this website. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

3. Placing an order and forming a contract

Our website invites you to make an offer to buy. When you place an order we will send an acknowledgement email; this does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order (for example because an item is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly) we will tell you and refund any payment taken.

4. Products

Product images are for illustration only; colour, packaging and cut dimensions may vary slightly. Thermal conductivity and other performance figures are those published by the manufacturer. We sell genuine Honeywell PTM7950 sourced through our supply chain; Honeywell is a trademark of Honeywell International Inc. and we are an independent reseller, not affiliated with or endorsed by Honeywell. Other brand names are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Thermal interface materials require correct application. We provide guidance in good faith, but you are responsible for ensuring a product is suitable for your device and for applying it correctly. Liquid metal is electrically conductive and can damage aluminium; it must not be used on aluminium heatsinks or where it could contact other components.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the current rate. Delivery charges are shown before you confirm your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

If we discover a pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, cut-off times and delivery aims are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered. Ownership passes when we receive payment in full.

7. Cancellation, returns and refunds

8. Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement as described on our Returns & Refunds page.

9. Business customers

If you buy as a business, the consumer cancellation rights in section 7 do not apply, and our liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the goods, except for liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Our liability to consumers

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for damage to your device caused by incorrect application of a product. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

11. Your personal data

We use your personal data only to process your order and as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, please email shop@trmfy.co.uk and we will try to resolve it promptly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction (if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts).

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
