Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Dispatch

All orders are packed and dispatched from our shop at 38 Middlegate, Penrith, CA11 7PT.

Orders placed before 4:00PM Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 4:00pm, or on a Saturday, Sunday or UK bank holiday, are dispatched on the next working day.

You will receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery services and prices

Royal Mail Tracked 48 2–3 working days £2.85 — free on orders of £15 or more

Royal Mail Tracked 24 Next working day Free on orders of £25 or more

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm
Guaranteed next working day by 1:00pm, signature on delivery £9.45

All prices include VAT.

Orders of £15 or more qualify for free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery; orders of £25 or more can choose free Royal Mail Tracked 24 (next working day) instead.

Delivery aims for Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 are Royal Mail's targets, not guarantees. Only Special Delivery Guaranteed is a guaranteed service. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands may take longer.

Late or missing deliveries

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of the delivery aim, email shop@trmfy.co.uk with your order number and we will open an enquiry with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you.

Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please email photographs of the packaging and contents to shop@trmfy.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
