RETURNS & REFUNDS

This policy applies to consumers buying online from Thermify (M&J Repairs Ltd). It does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Changing your mind (right to cancel)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive the goods. To cancel, email shop@trmfy.co.uk with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the cancellation form at the bottom of this page but you do not have to.

You must then return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. You are responsible for the cost of return postage and for the goods until they reach us, so we recommend a tracked service. Return address:

We will refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge you paid (not any premium delivery option) within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you providing proof of posting, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

We may reduce your refund if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them, or if they are returned incomplete or without their original packaging.

2. Items that cannot be returned once opened

The following items are sealed for hygiene and product-integrity reasons and cannot be returned if the seal has been broken or the packaging opened:

• PTM7950-SP phase-change paste syringes

• Thermal putty syringes and tubs

• Liquid metal syringes

• Thermal pads that have been removed from their protective film
  

Items cut to your specified size or otherwise customised cannot be returned unless faulty.

3. Faulty or incorrect goods

If an item is faulty, not as described, or you have received the wrong item, you are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email shop@trmfy.co.uk within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, or within six months for a repair or replacement. In these cases we will cover the cost of return postage.

4. Business customers

Purchases made by businesses (including orders placed with a VAT number or under a trade account) are not covered by the consumer right to cancel in section 1. Faulty goods are handled under section 3.
