1. Who we are

This website, www.trmfy.co.uk, is operated by M&J Repairs Ltd trading as Thermify, registered in England and Wales under company number 13584919, registered office 25 Park Street, Macclesfield, SK11 6SS. 2. What we collect

When you place an order: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number, and details of what you ordered. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment provider - we never see or store your full card number. When you contact us: your name, contact details and the content of your message. When you browse: basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through our website host's logs and any analytics in use.

3. Why we use it and our lawful basis

To process and deliver your order and handle returns (performance of a contract). To respond to your enquiries (legitimate interests). To keep records of sales for tax and accounting (legal obligation). To protect against fraud (legitimate interests). We do not use your data for automated decision-making, we do not sell it, and we only send marketing if you have opted in - you can withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share it with

Only what is needed to run the shop: Royal Mail (name and address, to deliver your order), our payment provider (to take payment), our website and email hosting providers (who store data on our behalf), and our accountant and HMRC where required by law. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, transfers are protected by UK-approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.

5. How long we keep it

Order and invoice records: 6 years after the end of the financial year, as required for tax purposes. Enquiry emails that don't lead to an order: up to 12 months. Analytics and log data: per our providers' standard retention.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to receive it in a portable format.
