Laird Tputty 607 - Genuine OEM-Grade PS5 Thermal Putty, 6.4 W/mK, 30g Syringe

Laird Tputty 607 is the higher conductivity sibling of the Tputty 508 Microsoft uses in the Xbox, rated at 6.4 W/mK against the 508's 3.7. It is the dispensable OEM grade putty type found across the PlayStation 5's memory and power stages and is the material of choice for PS5 repasting where the factory putty has dried, hardened or pumped out. Supplied here in a 30 gram syringe, enough for a full PS5 VRM and GDDR6 service with material to spare.

Tputty 607 is a single-part, non-curing, ceramic-filled silicone gap filler. It flows to fill uneven gaps under the heatsink's own clamping pressure, holds its position on vertical surfaces and exerts minimal stress on the components, which is why console and graphics card manufacturers dispense putty over memory and power stages instead of stacking pads of different thicknesses.

Use
PS5 (all models) memory and VRM putty replacement; also Xbox Series X/S, laptop and graphics card VRAM/VRM gap filling where a higher-conductivity putty than the factory 508 is wanted. It is a gap filler, not a die paste: use a conventional paste, liquid metal or PTM7950 on the APU itself.

Application
Remove all old putty, dispense dots or beads in the factory positions and volume, reassemble. No cure time. Cap and store at room temperature; best used within six months of the fill date on the syringe.
